Yoga

Yoga is the path back to Unity. It purifies body and mind and lets the light within the being shine like a million Suns. Yoga is Union . That which brings Union is Yoga, this can be the ancient system of Patanjali, as well as Tai Chi, Sufi spinning, dance or what ever brings the mind to silence so the inner Being can be heard/manifest. Each system has its different benefits on various planes of existence and each system is suited to specific aspirants. Yoga is an individualized science as is its sisters of Ayurveda and Jyotish. There is no best method for everyone, the Supreme method is that which brings one into their Peace. Aum.

This page will take some time before you will see more pictures. But its here because it will be filled one day : )

This leads to mastery over the prana (kevala kumbhaka), leads to absence of disease and death. I will tell you, in the proper manner, the methodology to attain mastery over prana to a certain degree. Having inhaled the air from outside and filled the chest and abdomen, one must endeavor to retain the prana, through the mind, in the navel, tip of the nose and the big toes during the sandhya (dawn, noon, sunset) always. The practitioner lives free from all diseases, free from fatique.”
